Good for understanding gut health

I ordered the Advanced Gut Health Microbiome Stool Kit. The ordering process was smooth, and the kit arrived within five business days. The instructions were clear, which was helpful for collecting the sample correctly. I registered the kit online without any issues. After sending it back, the results took about 12 days to come in, which felt a bit long but was within the timeframe they mentioned. The report was comprehensive and included actionable insights, which I appreciated. Physician oversight was included, which added an extra layer of confidence. Overall, it provided valuable information, and the process was well-managed from start to finish.

Easy to use, quick results

I grabbed the Vitamin D Test a few weeks ago. The kit came pretty fast, took about 4 days to get to me in Arizona. Everything was super straightforward, just like they said on the website. Sent it back and got my results in about a week. Really happy with how easy it all was.

does 4uhealth have free shipping on everything? or is it only for certain kits / orders over a certain amount?

J Julia H. 3 weeks ago
Pretty sure it's free shipping on all kits. I've ordered a few different ones and never paid for shipping.

Yep, free shipping always. It's a nice perk compared to some other places.

how do these compare to like, Everlywell? trying to decide between the two for a food sensitivity test.

S Sofia H. 3 weeks ago
I've used both actually. 4U Health felt a bit more comprehensive with the doctor review, and their reports were pretty detailed. Everlywell is good too but maybe a little more basic.

I think 4U Health offers a more 'professional grade' test with physician oversight, which is a plus for me. Everlywell is okay but I liked the depth of info from 4U better.

is 4U Health legit? never heard of them before but i like the idea of at-home lab tests.

P Paul 2 weeks ago
totally legit. I've used them twice, results came back fine and were reviewed by a doctor.

They're good, I think their labs are CLIA certified if that helps ease your mind. I got my thyroid results pretty fast.

hey, trying to order a GI Map Test but can't find anywhere to put a discount code. do they even have those for specific tests?

J Josh Y. 2 weeks ago
yeah they do have codes sometimes. check the final checkout step, that's where you usually enter them.

i got a discount on my PGx test last month, so I think they do. it's usually at the very end of the ordering process.

thinking about getting the Women's Health Panel. anyone know if insurance covers these types of things? or can I at least use my HSA card?

B Betty Turner 1 month ago
insurance usually doesn't cover these direct-to-consumer tests, but you can definitely use HSA/FSA. I did for my gut health kit.

yeah, most insurance won't, but HSA/FSA is usually a go. Just make sure to check your plan for specifics on what's eligible.
